THE
FINAL CHURCH REVIVAL

Hicks Vision)

Dear
brothers in Christ, we want to
share with you a vision of a former servant of God not very well known
in the
religious milieu. He is the Canadian Evangelist Tommy Hicks, through
whom God
brought about a great spiritual revival in Argentina in 1954. In 1961,
this man
of God had a vision concerning the Church of Jesus Christ and last
end-time
ministry. In this vision he saw the sad state of the Church at the end
of time,
and how God was to awaken His people before the sound of the trumpet.
To God
the glory!
This
vision began July 25th, about
2:30 in the morning, in Winnipeg, Canada. I had hardly fallen asleep
when the
vision and the revelation that God gave to me came before me. The
vision came
back three times on the morning of July 25, 1961, and it coincided
perfectly
down to the smallest detail. I
was so stirred and so
moved by the revelation, that this has changed my complete outlook upon
the Body
of Christ, and upon the last end-time ministry. The greatest thing that the Church of Jesus Christ has ever been given lies straight ahead. It
is so
hard to help men and women to realize and understand the thing that God
wants
to give to His people in the end-time.

Vision of the Body of Christ
I
do not think I fully realized nor
could I understand the fullness of it until I read in the book of Joel
2:23,
"Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God;
for
He hath given you the former rain moderately, and He will cause to come
down
for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first
month." It is not only going to rain the former and the latter rain,
but He
is going to give His people in these last days a double portion of the
power of
God.
When
this vision appeared to me, I
suddenly found myself at a great height. Where I was, I do not know,
but I was
looking down upon the earth, when suddenly the whole world came into
view -
every nation, every kindred, every tongue came before my sight. From
the east
and the west; from the north and the south; I recognized the countries
and
cities that I had been in. I was almost in fear and trembling as I
stood
beholding the great sight before me. At that moment, when the world
came into
view, it began to lightning and thunder.
As
the lightning flashed over the face
of the earth, my eyes went downward - and I was facing the north.
Suddenly I
beheld what looked like a great giant. As I stared
and looked at it, I
was almost bewildered by the sight. The giant was gigantic. His feet
seemed to
reach to the North Pole and his head to the South Pole. His arms were
stretched
from sea to sea. I could not even begin to understand whether this was
a
mountain or whether this was a giant. As I watched, I suddenly beheld
that it
was a great giant. I could see he was struggling for life, to even
live. His
body was covered with debris from head to foot and appeared to be tied
up.
And at times this great giant would move his body and act as though he
would
rise up. When he did, thousands of little creatures ran away. Hideous
looking
creatures would run away from this giant and when he would become calm,
they
would come back. It was very clear to me what these little creatures
were. They
were instruments of torment that had tied up the Body of Christ for so
many
centuries.
All
of a sudden, this great giant lifted
one hand toward the heavens, and then he lifted his other hand. When he
did,
these creatures by the thousands fled away from this giant and went
into the
darkness of the night. Slowly this great giant began to rise, and as he
did,
his head and hands went into the clouds. As he arose to his feet he had
cleansed himself from the debris and filth that was upon him, and he
began to
raise his hands into the heavens as though praising God. As he raised
his
hands, they went even unto the clouds. Suddenly, every cloud became
silver; the
most beautiful silver that I have ever known. As I watched the
phenomenon, it
was so great, I could not even begin to understand what it all meant.
I
was so stirred as I watched it. I
cried unto the Lord and I said, "Oh, Lord, what is the
meaning of
this?" He replied, "I want to give you
back the years that
the locusts, the scarabs, the scum and the thieves, that I had sent
among you,
had devoured in my great flock. My little children, I have given you My
treasures. You belong to me. You are Mine. I have loved you with an
everlasting
love. Now My strength must penetrate you. The gifts I have given you
must serve
a dying and lost world. I am at work to restore you anew."
And
it felt as if I was actually in
the Spirit and I could feel the presence of the Lord, even as I was
asleep.
From those clouds, suddenly there came great drops of liquid light
raining down
upon this mighty giant. Slowly, slowly, this giant began to melt -
began to
sink, as it were, into the very earth itself. As he melted, his whole
form
seemed to have melted upon the face of the earth. This great rain began
to come
down. Liquid drops of light began to flood the very earth itself. As I
watched
this giant that seemed to melt, suddenly it became thousands of people
over the
face of the earth. As I beheld the sight before me, people stood up all
over
the world. They were lifting their hands and they were praising the
Lord.
At
that very moment there came a great
thunder that seemed to roar from the heavens. I turned my eyes toward
the
heavens, and suddenly I saw a figure in white, in glistening white -
the most
glorious thing I have ever seen in all my life. I did not see the face,
but
somehow I knew that it was the Lord Jesus Christ. He stretched forth
His hand
upon the peoples and the nations of the world. As He pointed toward
them, this
liquid light flew from His hand into this person and a mighty anointing
of God
came upon them. As soon as it touched a person, their hands were filled
with
it. And when these people received this "heavenly
balm",
they went into hospitals, streets, and psychiatric homes; they went
through the
whole length and breadth of the countries. I saw them cross the oceans,
and the
fire and victoriously face all kinds of persecutions, being lifted up
from the
earth by the Spirit, and being taken to many places.
They
were placed where God wanted
them. They were ready and armed accordingly for battle. I heard them
say, "According
to my word, be healed," and as this liquid power
flowed from their
hands, everyone who was touched by it was immediately healed and
returned to
perfect health. I recognized that vision was a demonstration of the
Kingdom of
God for all who would follow Him. I constantly saw people move forward
like a
river, I saw humans heal, the blind open their eyes, the deaf hear and
concretely how thousands of people welcomed the power of the Great
Revelation.
This power acted within themselves in a liquefied way. No man was
glorified,
but only these simple words were constantly repeated: "According
to
my word, be healed".
I
do not know how long I watched it.
It seemed it went into days and weeks and months. I beheld Christ as He
continued to stretch forth His hand. But there was a
tragedy. There were
many people, as He stretched forth His hands, that refused the
anointing of
God, and the call of God. I saw people that I knew,
people that I felt
that certainly they would receive the call of God. As Jesus stretched
forth His
hand toward this one, and towards that one, they simply bowed their
heads and
began to back away, plunging into darkness. I saw the suffering on
their faces:
The price was too high. It seemed too important to them to keep their
own life.
They didn't want to move forward. The price was greater than they could
bear.
And finally, they were cast out into the dark eternal night. Blackness
seemed
to swallow them everywhere. I was bewildered as I watched it.
These
people that He had anointed
covered the earth. There were hundreds of thousands of these people all
over
the world, in Africa, Asia, Russia, China, America. The anointing of
God was
upon these people as they went forth in the name of the Lord. I saw
these
Children of God as they went forth, from all walks of life, they were
rich men;
they were poor men. I saw people who were bound with paralysis and
sickness,
and blindness and deafness. As the Lord stretched forth His hand to
give them
this anointing, they became well, they became healed, and they went
forth.
This
is the miracle of it. This is the
glorious miracle of it. Those people stretched forth their hands
exactly as the
Lord did for them, and the same liquid fire was in their hands. As they
stretched forth their hands, they said, "According
to my word, be
thou made whole." As these people continued in this
mighty
end-time ministry, I did not fully realize what it was. I looked to the
Lord
and said, "What is the meaning of this?" He said, "This
is
that, which I will do in the last day. I will restore all that the
cankerworm,
the palmerworm, the caterpillar have destroyed. This, My people in the
end-time, shall go forth and as a mighty army shall they sweep over the
face of
the earth."
As
I was at this great height, I could
behold the whole world. I watched these people as they were going to
and fro
over the face of the earth. Suddenly there was a man in Africa, and in
a moment
he was transported in the Spirit of God, and perhaps he was in Russia,
or
China, or America, or some other place, and vice versa. All over the
world
these people went. They came through fire and through pestilence and
through
famine. Neither fire nor persecution could stop them. Angry mobs came
to them
with swords and with guns, and like Jesus, they passed through the
multitude
and mobs could not find them. But they went forth in the name of Jesus,
and
everywhere they stretched forth their hands, the sick were healed, the
blind
eyes were opened. Long prayers were not needed.
One
of the things that struck me after
I had reviewed the vision so many times in my mind, is the fact that I
never
saw those believers mentioning a church or a denomination. They were
just going
in the Name of the Lord of hosts. Hallelujah! As they marched forward
as the
ministry of Christ in the end-time, these people ministered to the
multitudes
over the face of the earth. Tens of thousands came to the Lord Jesus
Christ as
these people stood forth and gave the message of the coming kingdom in
this
last hour. It was so glorious! Those that rebelled became angry, and
tried to
attack those workers that were giving the message.
God
is going to give to the world a
demonstration in this last hour such as the world has never seen.
These Children of God
were of all walks of life. Degrees will mean nothing. I saw these
workers as
they were going over the face of the earth. When one seemed to stumble
and
fall, another would come and pick him up. There was no "big I" and
"little you". They had one thing in common; there was a divine love
that flow forth from these people as they went together, as they worked
together, as they lived together.
It
was the most glorious thing that I
have ever known. Jesus Christ was the theme of their life. They
continued and
it seemed the days went by as I stood and beheld this sight. I could
only cry -
and sometimes I laughed. It was so wonderful as these people went
throughout
the face of the whole earth showing forth God’s power in this last
end-time.
As
I watched from the very heaven
itself, there were times when great deluges of this liquid light fell
upon
great congregations. And that congregations would lift their hands and
seemingly praise God for hours and even days, as the Spirit of God came
upon
them. God said, "I will pour out My Spirit upon all
flesh."
That is exactly the thing that God was doing. From every one that
received this
power and the anointing of God, the miracles of God flowed continuously.
I
also saw people from every nation
completely transformed: in Siberia, Canada and Africa, and then all
over the
world. I literally saw the Spirit take them into the clouds and lead
them to
their respective countries. I then saw a gigantic apparition coming out
of the
clouds. It was obviously giving them orders, and they went where it was
telling
them to go: west, east, and other directions.
And
then again, as these people were
going about the face of the earth, a great persecution came from every
end of
the earth. Suddenly there was another great clap of thunder that seemed
to
resound around the world. Again I heard the voice saying: "Now,
this is
My people; this is My beloved bride." When the voice spoke, I
looked
upon the earth and I could see the lakes and the mountains. The graves
were
opened and the saints of all ages and all times rose. As they rose from
the
graves - suddenly, all these people came from every direction - from
the east
and the west, from the north and the south, and they
formed again this
gigantic Body. It was so marvellous. It was so far
beyond anything I
could ever dream or think of.
This
huge body suddenly began to form
and take shape again, and its shape was in the form of the mighty
giant, but
this time it was different. It was arrayed in the most beautiful,
gorgeous
white. Its garments were without spot or wrinkle as this body began to
form,
and the people of all ages gathered into this body. Slowly, from the
heavens
above, the Lord Jesus came and became the head. Each being was in the
fullness
of Perfection. I heard another clap of thunder that said, "This
is
My beloved Bride for whom I have waited. She will come forth, even
tried by
fire. This is she that I have loved from the beginning of time."
As
I watched, my eyes turned to the
far north and I saw great destruction, men and women in anguish and
crying out,
and buildings destroyed. Then I heard again, the fourth voice that
said, "Now
is My wrath being poured out upon the face of the earth."
From the
ends of the whole world, there were great vials of God’s wrath being
poured out
upon the face of the earth. The wrath and judgment of God sprang
forth
through great and inexpressible sufferings: the peoples of the whole
earth who
had rejected Christ received a full cup. I can remember it as I beheld
the
awful sight of seeing the cities, and whole nations going down into
destruction. I could hear the weeping and the wailing. I could hear
people
crying. They were crying as they went into caves, but the caves and the
mountains opened up. They leaped into water, but the water would not
drown
them. There was nothing that could destroy them. They wanted to take
their
lives but they did not succeed.
I
heard the voice again, like a mighty
thunder: "Behold, the Bridegroom cometh, go out,
come to meet Him,
for He is the God of Majesty. Bow down, O you doors and lintels, bow
down your
faces, prostrate yourselves, worship the coming in of the God of all
glory". At this very moment, the harmonies of
celestial music
sounded like a signal from God. This music was characterized by
exquisite
sounds and chords and an unmatched power, of an incomparable richness
that no
human ear had ever perceived or even imagined, so wonderful was the
Song of the
Lamb, superimposed on the Song of Moses.
Again
I turned my eyes toward the
glorious sight of this glorious Body, arrayed in the beautiful white
shining
garment. I saw the glorious Body that was taken up
into the heavenly
places. This sight that I had beheld - I had seen
the end-of-time
ministry, the last hour. We are going to be clothed with power and
anointing
from God. We won’t have to preach sermons. We won’t have to depend on
man, nor
will we be denominational echoes, but we will have the power of the
living God!
We will fear no man, but will go in the name of the Lord of Hosts!
From
those wonderful moments to this
day, these words resound in my soul: "He is coming
soon - He is
coming!" [End of the Vision].
Beloved
children of God, if this vision of our brother
Tommy Hicks were to come true, it would be a relief for God's people
who, as
you have just read, and as you can see for yourselves, is currently
tied up,
and can no longer even move. As I have been singing in your ears for
many years
now, satan has taken over the Church of Jesus Christ, and his agents
have taken
up residence there and reign supreme. All abominations, even the most
unimaginable, have taken hold of the Church. Let me give you a few
examples:
Sorcerers
have taken on the titles of servants of God,
and spend their time advertising the power given to them from the
satanic
world. Divorced men and divorced and remarried dogs, still call
themselves
servants of God. Jezebels and other sirens of the waters have all
become
so-called servants of God and each has a ministry. Satanists who
pretend to be
former satanists and claim to have accepted Jesus Christ teach and
practice
satanism during services, thus initiating the faithful into witchcraft.
Each
service is transformed into a satanic session called deliverance. The
baptism
of repentance is forgotten. So-called born-again Christian women wear
pants and
other abominations so-called sexy attire. False hair, false nails,
make-up,
jewelleries, and other abominable things from the world of darkness
have become
the glory of so-called Christians today. Seduction groups called choirs
are
organized to seduce the nostalgic nightclubbers. Teachings are only
focused on
collecting money in the form of tithes, offerings, various gifts, vows
and
other satanic commitments. Material blessings, prosperity, so-called
deliverance,
etc. are the only messages that sorcerer pastors give every day.
Strangely
enough, the Christians who listen to them have Bibles and can read. In
reality,
the Church of Jesus Christ is only a shadow of its former self.
During
a seminar over twenty years
ago, as I was explaining what the Church of Jesus Christ had become, a
child of
God exclaimed, saying that satan was sitting on the Church. I answered
him, "No,
beloved, satan is not sitting on the Church; rather satan is lying on
the
Church." If for nearly thirty years I had already been
telling the
children of God that satan had literally been lying on the Church of
Jesus
Christ, you can quickly imagine what the Church has become today: a
real
madhouse; a den
of thieves,
snakes and other extremely wicked unclean spirits. They
feast there every day, blaspheming and defying the living God with
great
arrogance and astonishing success, and asking God's Children, where
then is
their God? For the time being, they are in control, and they are aware
of it.
But what they don't know is that their dominion over God's people is
soon
coming to an end.
The
Lord has therefore abandoned His
Church into the hands of satan for several years. This is the reason
why the
agents of satan thrive, and seem invincible. They do whatever they want
with
God's people. They go from victory to victory over God's people, so
much so
that they are convinced that they have become all mighty. That is why I
told
you in the teaching on "Deliverance"
found on
mcreveil.org website, that if you, Children of God, do not beg the Lord
to
fulfil His promise in Malachi 4:6, by granting you the last Great
Spiritual
Revival, He will have no choice but to destroy this generation.
Malachi
4:5-6
"5Behold, I will send you
Elijah the prophet
before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord. 6And
he will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the
hearts
of the children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the earth with
a curse."
Finally, I am going to confide in you. If the Lord of Hosts does not fulfil His promise by granting His people this ultimate Great Spiritual Revival announced by Malachi, the Rapture that the Church is waiting for will be a non-event. In other words, if there is no last Spiritual Revival, after the Rapture, the world will not even know that an event has occurred.

1- See if around you there are some other children of God who fear God and desire to live according to the Sound Doctrine. If you find any, feel free to join them.
